HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY TIME MANAGEMENT AND MEET MY PROJECT DEADLINE?
First things first, you need to prioritize. This is all very well to say, but how do you go about doing it? Well you need to create and realize your goals and set specific deadlines for each element of your project.
Many people who dive headfirst into a project will at some point reach a roadblock. Inspiration and enthusiasm are of course vital, but without planning, they could lead to an unfinished project. Think about the great projects throughout history. Did Salvador Dali pick up a brush as soon as inspiration came? No, he planned his paintings and made sure the goal was obtainable and within his sight. Although your project may not necessarily be a work of art, you should attack it as such and make sure that you see the whole picture before you begin.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF A TIME SHEET?
The time sheet allows a business owner to monitor their staff and as a result improve efficiency and increase revenue. It can also give a project manager a clear indication of the length of time it took a team to complete each individual goal of a project.
On the downside, a time sheet is prone to human error. Employees can forget to clock in or out. So an employee could get over or underpaid. This leads to uncertainty and negativity in the workplace.
